BTW, you can tell which of the members here watch this shit on a routine basis.  How many times on this thread have we heard Palin referred to as "a threat" or that the liberal are "threatened" by her?  Nothing is further from the truth, but it's the same old line that O'Liely leads with in the segment above.

Those of you still hanging on to your short term memory will recall the summer of '08. There wasn't a nickel's worth of difference between the Obama and McCain platforms on the major issues. So who to vote for? (Assuming y'all really do vote for the candidate and not the party.) For me, it came down to running mates.

First there was Biden. Uh-oh. And less than a week later there was Palin. I didn't know much about her, so I settled in to find out. There was the Gibson interview. C-, despite the fact that he was chosen by her handlers. But then, she was new to the national scene and perhaps nervous. Then there was the Couric interview! Nothing since has changed the opinion I reached at that point.

Okay, I'm in a pretty good mood, so I am going to elaborate a tad here....

First of all, I believe in a Creator, who IS God.....I am in pretty good company with this thought.....but, I have NO problem with folks like yourself who have "chosen" NOT to accept this very compelling reality.

I'm also in a pretty large crowd of folks who, with all their hearts believe, that our Country is heading in a very wrong direction.....and I belong to an even larger crowd who, without a doubt, Knows we are being screwed by several politicians in Washington RIGHT NOW.......

Closed door meetings....
Outrageous spending....
Auto makers being bought with tax payers dollars...
Banks being bought with tax payers dollars...
A healthcare bill that is NOT being supported by a large number (more than 2/3) of Americans...
growing unemployment rate climbing above 10%, when we was PROMISED it would not exceed 8% IF we passed $787 BILLION Stimulus Bill....
THEY, (democrats) want a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded....

Just find it amazing how some of you are STILL gung-ho with this train of thought.....thinking we are on the right track?....
