You know the drill.  I need this thread so that I can vent about the lack of sleep I so often have.

And there has been an abundance of sleep deprivation over the last couple of days.   How the heck am I going to function properly with no sleep?
Looks like I've come full circle.

I must have had enough sleep last night.  I managed to get quite a bit done today.......I'm satisfied...for the moment.

I still can't seem to get enough sleep. So little in fact....I managed to still sleep after being awakened TWICE by alarms this morning.  Anyone got any ideas on how to manage 8 straight hours of sleep?

Keep regular hours, by that I mean keep a schedule. Go to bed the same time every night, then get up the same time every morning. Set the alarm and get up when it goes off.

Takes willpower, but if you'll do it for a minimum of 2 weeks straight you will find yourself sleeping regularly and eventually feeling a lot more rested. . .  :smile:

There's a snag, with keeping a rigid sleep schedule.  I can get plenty of sleep, OR I can get plenty of sleep. LOL!!!
