I must be psychic! As soon as the news of the POTUS winning the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize broke, I knew what the comments were going to be from the parrot-heads!  :rolleyes: And I was not wrong.

I will have to say one thing in his favor.  When he gave his speech he even said he didn't deserve it.  It isn't about trying to get something done it's about accomplishing it and as yet he hasn't accomplished he's just trying to accomplish.  He was nominated in Feb just on the basis of his speeches and that is just wrong.

Nah.  He deserved it.  After the last 8 years of bush stupidity and unwarranted arrogance toward the rest of the world, the very idea of obama being elected means a lot.
