All the charges were dropped....She left the office because it was costing the state too much to defend the frivolous suits the dems filed every time she came to the lower 48....She didn't feel it was fair to Alaska for her to be off on the campaign trail not doing the states business.

She was convicted of abuse of office.  That wasn't dropped.  She lied about the state having to spend money on her defense.  There is no additional cost to the state and she is a liar; convicted of that.
