And you ask about the morals of this country.   When adults assign sexual actions to a 4 year old and then reports it on his permanent file.  The adults NOT in the childs family seem to be corrupting the childs knowledge.

Well yeah, but assigning sexual harrassment to a 4 year old just gripes my moral sensibilities.  Those of us that are intelligent people do our best to shield our preschoolers from that kind of stuff.  I know of kids that hug others and it's perfectly natural to rub their heads on the body of the person they are hugging. My 3 year old grandson is one of those.

I agree, and even IF the little fart did do it for the attention, you just spank his butt, and move on, you don't call a lawyer.....things are really just gettin nutty.....
