We would turn it on as soon as we got home from school, wasn't it originally broadcast from Philly?
Yep, then it moved to Cal and was never the same.  It was always a big thing to tune in and see if Kenny and Arlene were together or dancing with someone else and fighting.

Well, at least they won't be able to trot out the fossil this new years eve!

What if the Mayans were right and Dick Clark's death is a sign that there won't be a new year?
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.

There may not be a more accurate sign than that...............we may very well be screwed.

Sounds to me like he may have been murdered.

if that is true, then one must ask "Who Can It Be Now?"

Excellent!
Ignorance and fanaticism are ravenous. They require constant feeding.

according to sorces, he died in 1795!!! but returned after a 200-year stint in his coffin.......I think PH is correct, the ol' wooden stake in the chest trick finally got him.......i'm sure the person who did him in had a reasonable amount of garlic cloves around his neck.
