What?

Where's the response from all the "get the government out of my life, we don't need regulation" crowd?

The mine only had 57 violations.

Even refused a ventilation system that was supposed to be mandated by law.

Those owners and operators are as guilty of murder as surely as if they held a gun to those miners' heads and pulled the trigger.

They should be criminally prosecuted.

Dixie Carter has died.  I'm truly saddened by this. I watched her on Designing Women as Julia Sugerbaker on almost every episode.  Her tantrums and diatribes on that show were priceless.  What a great actress, and a great loss.   She was only 70.     :'( :'( :'(

Keli McGrego ~ DEAD!

Colorado Rockies President Keli McGregor was found dead Tuesday morning in a Salt Lake City, Utah, hotel, police said.
Police received a call shortly before 9 a.m. that a man was found unconscious in a room at the Grand America Hotel. Medics tried to revive him, police said.
The cause of the death is unknown.
