My statement was...that we DID/DO have multinational forces support.....and I proved it.

Now, you want to see how many had troops that were deployed....and I showed that some of them did....not all countries have troops TOO deploy, but they SUPPORTED the cause....and did so by other means.

I thought perhaps your copy paste cut some off Hank. I dont see that "some" did, I see that ONE did.

Four of these countries supplied combat forces directly participating in the invasion of Iraq: the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Poland. Other countries have provided logistical and intelligence support, chemical and biological response teams, overflight rights, humanitarian and reconstruction aid, and political support.

* A contingent of Moldovan soldiers arrived in Iraq in February 2006 to clear unexploded ordinance. This contingent replaced the third contingent of Moldovan soldiers which had redeployed to Iraq in February 2005. were the UK's numbers the only ones worth mentioning?

All the data I see on Poland is five years old, and indicates a couple thousand troops. Same for Australia.

Way to have our backs, lotta support there. You betcha.

roll those eyes all you want honey, maybe if you look in the back of your head, deep, deep, you might find some damn sense. Cause anyone who thinks a couple hundred here and there, when we had, what, a quarter of a million or more at one time, is "support" doesnt have a lick of it.

Those are small countries and don't have the numbers we do to have done more.  Face it you had no idea any other countries helped at all because you've been too busy making sure the koolaid pitcher was full.

If that counts as help and support, other than the UK, then Im gonna send you a nickel every month and claim you as a dependant, mmmkay? Any fool who has read the news knows that we had the all talk-no action backing of a lot of people. Only a Kool Aid drinker like yourself would take someone who sent as few as TWELVE troops as a show of some meaningful kind of support.
We could get more troops than that to show up for the opening of a friggin envelope.

I think that it is just GREAT of you to belittle those countries, who offered what they could...they knew of the possible threat that Saddam had....Just because we did NOT have the backing of france, russia and germany...and we ALL know they had political and financial risks involved to have the BALLS to stand up against this man....you are being pompous and a jerk in my opinion...simply because of your attitude, that many people (and I say many) did not agree with you on this...let me remind you of our very own CONGRESS was in favor, along with the 50 other countries that WANTED action to be taken......SCREW FRANCE, RUSSIA AND GERMANY....

other than those three countries....WHAT other country would YOU have liked to be included as the great military powers that was SO important to have our backs?...can you name them for me?

Im not belittling them Henry, Im belittling anyone who wants to pretend that we have had all this wonderful support world wide, when its clear from the numbers that we were pretty much on our own in any real sense. Screw France, Russia, and Germany? Why? They would have been three really good allies to have had in this battle.

Gryphon

by the way, looks like most of our "support" got the hell out years ago.

And Im known the world over for being a pompous jerk, its part of my charm.  (look slightly over me today Henry, its been a helluva day)
