Maybe I missed something in this but I have never been visited by a census worker, always get the paper forms through the mail, sometimes long form, sometimes short form. Aren't they still going to send out the paper forms? If they aren't won't they have to hire lots of people to make all those calls, or are they still sending out the paper forms and just sending people to addys they don't get a response from like they always have? I don't particularly care about the GPS deal and I can see how the input deal can work, but it still seems like a very small part of the census where it would be used. How much do the GPS cost and how many of them will they have to buy? All these seem like good question IMO.

Of course I need to wear my glasses...should've listened to the nuns.

FUNNY!! I had to wipe soda off my monitor screen.

Didn't anybody else get this?

Ex, don't you hate it when you rip off a real knee-slapper, and nobody else in the room has the necessary frame of reference to understand the joke?

Thanks to Sister Library Nun (too mean to have a name) and Sister Joseph Louise (whom we called Green Bay) the boys from my hometown would have no doubt to what practice you were referring.
Anyone who knows him, is used to his knee-slappers.

You should hear his suggestion of what to do to people that piss you off.
Looks like I've come full circle.

I had a census worker stop by my house last week.  He was checking to make sure this was still a single family home. Uhm....that was a waste of my time to answer the door.

Chop 'em in the throat!

I just love it when he says that.
