Well it was HIS plane and somebody from HIS staff, apparently felt the need for a photo op...AT the Taxpayers expence and the ignorance of the ramifications of such a lame-brain move....

I know this'll be hard for you to grasp but I'm guessing that the President Of The Unites States might have more important things to worry about than personally keeping track of and supervising what is being done with every aircraft in the executive fleet.
