Sprint makes me crazy. I don't get the billing...at all.

In September I switched from a personal account to a business account. All together, my bill should be around $175 per month. So...why have I paid over $900 in the past 2 months? And STILL have a remaining balance of over $700? They never can really explain it, and I'm so sick of them. All I can understand is "other charges." Great. What are they?? They can't answer. I've been told 2x now that part of my bill was for the new phones we bought, but those were $142.00 so where is this extra bullshit coming from?

Why don't you listen to me?  I told you MONTHS ago, drop Sprint and get another service.  I don't know about other people, but I've been very happy with Cingular, and I don't have hidden charges that no one can explain!!!

Well, because of the thing with early termination fees would would be around $450 because of the 3 lines we have (2 phones and wireless card). Although, right now its starting to sound cheaper.

I'm having someone look at the bills and see what's going on. I just have to find the time to get over there.

I don't think it would end up being cheaper, they would still want the money they think you owe them.  But it would be cheaper down the road. I think those charges would still be coming to you. I can't imagine how they get the bill so danged high on you

I paid $331 4 weeks ago, $543 this week, and have a balance due of $700+...and this is from September, October, and November...

Ugh!  I just dropped Nextel and switched to Sprint.

Well I finally got my new blackberry today after being given the runaround and being lied to for two days by the folks at Sprint.  But so far so good.  As a matter of fact, I'm making this post with it.

Previous Balance: 875.30
Payment october 18th 331.89

$175.98 regular charges
$75.30 additional usage (what is THIS? they don't even know!)
$442.92 Other charges (once again, they dont know!)
$38.07 taxes, surcharges, & fees


Now, that previous balance was for 2 months of service, because I had NO bill the month before. NONE. BUT..I was starting from zero. Brand new account.
