Most are companies who do not spam.  I am real careful about the samples I put up to avoid the type that are just wanting to harvest email addy's to spam people.  I send for these samples myself and have had very little problems with spam.  They ask for your email a lot of times to confirm the order.  When you get the sample through Facebook a lot of times they will have specials on there which will be put on the feed.  I got a coupon for $2 off Ball park franks last week from Facebook and they had them on sale at Kroger so I got a pack for $1.59 which is a good deal.  If you are afraid of getting spam at your main email make another email account just for this.
