I"ve called my attorney twice. No return call yet.  The agreement was not notarized, but there is a copy of it in the CPS case file.  He seems to think it was only for the CPS case.  I'm sorry but you don't do this to little kids.  I had her 45 hours a week, plus every other weekend.  Now he says I can only have her every other weekend.  Last time I saw her was Monday.  What do you think she is thinking?  The 15 year old is going to do what she wants, irregardless of what her dad says.  She will point out to him that visiting me is her decision, not his, as he has so often pointed out to her that it's not mine and she can choose to visit or not.
Looks like I've come full circle.
