Ooooh yeah...I can almost taste them now -- they would melt in your mouth.  The black forest was a dark chocolate, but you could pick up the subtle hints of cherry in there...creamy...yum!

And we'd have special events -- e.g. Christmas Ornament premiere -- and any broken milk chocolate was put into a big fondue-like machine & I was usually assigned to dipping Strawberries.

Oh my...think I ate more than I sold.

OMG. You have me hungry!!! (I haven't been hungry much the past few days, and really not for any reasons, just not) Hubby bought me some pumpkin fudge with these walnuts or something in it when he was in Chicago, and it is awesome. I have it hiding in the garage fridge :D

 I could handle that!

I worked at a Hallmark store in high school & we sold the most DIVINE chocolates -- the truffles were my favorite. Banana's Foster, Amaretto, and Blackforest to name a few.

*slurp*

I make truffles for the three friggin months when we have cool weather in this god-forsaken state......ummm, sorry--it's almost 8pm and the air conditioner is still on--anyway......I have an orange/chocolate truffle recipe that is divine!
If you don't have anything nice to say then come over here and sit by me!

I'll be giving YOU my address...

The store also sold Jelly Belly jelly beans...I'm surprised I didn't look like one after 3 years of working there.
