These two presumed Republicans definitely do not suck. Classy ladies these two.

That is very classy! I know you are not a Bush fan, in any fashion, but I really believe he is a good man. You don't have kids like that by being an asshole.

Clearly they take after their mother. Which is a damned good thing.
I was taken aback when I saw this reported. . . but once I digested it for awhile I came to a similar conclusion.

Nice letter, but call me a cynical, old, curmudgeon.
If it was intended as altruistic, why make it public.
Remember the biblical admonishment to 'pharisees'?

What difference does it make? I don't see any gain from the letter being public other than a few good job comments and even more derogatory comments from people who can't bring themselves to say anything nice about someone named Bush.

I'm surprised I have to explain it to you.
We live in a capitalist system. In such a corrupt system, people do and say anything that benefits themselves.
Jenna is a public personality that requires notoriety/publicity for her living.
Ergo, it's odds on that letter was published for self-serving reasons.
I really doubt she needs the extra publicity. I'm pretty sure there will be more comments like yours than favorable ones. They wrote a similar letter eight years ago and they sure didn't need publicity then.I know some people say all publicity is good, but I don't think she had much if anything to gain from this.
Then WHY was a private and personal letter to the Obama girls made public?
Making it public means it was self-serving. ; )
I didn't really think I'd get a reply since the answer was obvious.
Who made it public?
I don't know, maybe it's just me. The Trump women just don't seem to me to be CLASSY.
