Vents: Random Acts of Venting!

He cut them off.  I know whatever it was he used to stop the bleeding changed them that color but it shouldn't still be like that I don't think.  I was supposed to use Bacitracin on them, but I have been using neosporin instead.  I wasn't going to buy something that was similar to what I already had.  They do still sting a little.  If they aren't feeling better by tomorrow, I'll call.

Man, I did a good one last night  ..... For supper, I fixed a huge pork roast with all the trimmings. After fixing our plates, I covered all the pans so the cat couldn't sample stuff, while we were in the living room eating. I covered the roast, and put it in the microwave. After supper, I put everything in the fridge as usual, and went on my merry way. About 1 am... I decided I wanted some more potatoes and gravy, so I loaded my plate up (like you do) ,and headed for the microwave. I popped it open, and much to my horror, and surprise, there sat the pork roast. My chin hit the floor soooo hard ,I heard the thud, while waves of crazy thoughts ran through my head. My first thought was... is that the pork roast?? then came... OMG it is!!!! and then OMG!!! again.. then...maybe I can save it?? Then... no fuckin' way it's been there 6 hours!!!  Then came.... OMG....Hubby's gonna kill me!!! then... My God... that was tomorrow night's supper!!! At that point, I physically started trying to kick myself in the ass, but I couldn't get my leg up high enough, so instead I ripped some of my hair out LMAO!!!(not really but I wanted to). The outside critters are gonna eat gooood tonight, and I guess we'll enjoy all the trimmings, with a hamburger as the main course.

Well I don't really know.  They are still blackish in the incision part but the majority of the stuff around it has washed off.  I just keep putting neosporin on it and hoping for the best.  I'm just really hoping he doesn't call back with the biopsy for the one and has me turn around and get the whole thing taken off.  They don't hurt or sting I guess is the better word as much as they did yesterday or the day before.

Why is it that no matter what a person does it's never fuckin' enough? Are we put on this earth to live a life of servitude, or have I got it all wrong? Some people never get to enjoy life, because their always fulfilling everybody else wishes. When is it ever our turn to get served? Why must we always be the servers?When is somebody gonna wait on us? I know a lot of people get sick to death of others always taking, and never giving back. My whole life has been others taking from me, and not giving it back!!!! I'm sick of it!!!  I had a really bad day.

Do you guys ever say anything to the people who are obviously taking you for granted? I think I fall into the same category as you guys do, at times. I go and go and go and normally put myself last. I don't mind, I really don't and to be honest, I'm at a point in my life that most people appreciate it and "thanks" is all I need. But I've been where you are too and someone never seemed to mind that I was doing everything and they complained anytime that I needed help w/something. After a while, I stopped doing. I didn't say anything. I just stopped. Well, that only worked for a little while. They saw how much I was doing and realized how they had been taking advantage and said they'd help and they did for a lil' while. Then it was back to the same ole same ole...so the moral of the story is...speak your mind. Don't give them a free pass to abuse your kindness. That doesn't make you a "bitch" it makes you an advocate for yourself and if you don't do it, then no one else will.

I am one that would rather do something myself than to have to rely on someone else.  When I do it...at least I know that it is the way I wanted it done.  I often tell people who want to help..to go away and just let me do it.  Easier and I know it is done right....lol

Same here.  Kids are always wanting to help me in the kitchen.  If I don't ask for the help, I don't need it. I can do it faster myself than if I have to stand there and watch you do it, and explain to you how I want it done. If you want to learn how to do it.  Watch me a hundred times from 10 feet away, by then you should know how to do it and IF I need your help, I won't have to supervise.
