I burst out laughing when I read this.  I picture in my mind these huge tankers with flapping wings flying over Notre Dame.  Probably not that funny, but I had a long day!

But why do some people think he is so smart? He has said the noise of windmills gives us cancer, Puerto Rico "is an island surrounded by water, big water, ocean water", and Hurricane Florence was "tremendously big and tremendously wet".  It's like listening to an eight year old.
