About 3-4 loads a DAY!!!
Yikes  :spooked: How do you have the time, or the energy to do that everyday??? Hopefully your kids help out??? Jesum Crow  that's 28 loads of laundry a week. I hope you have city water. I don't think a well, even 500 feet  like mine could handle that much laundry.  :o

Before we moved into the apartment I would do at least one load a day, usually two.

Now that it costs $1.50 per full load, quarters only, I've cut it wayyy back. I hold on to a lot of it and drag it to my mom's and spend the day at her house, too, only using the pay-washers occasionally or for emergencies.

We've learned to reuse towels....

Every little bit helps save money. A $1 here a $1 there adds up after a while.  I figure if you can cut corners, and save a little do it. One thing I do to save is, I reuse my zip lock baggies that I use for animal food. I'll dump a coffee can of dry cat food in the big zip lock bag, dump it in their dish and reuse the bag for several nights. It's not dirty and if I used a new one every night,  it could get cashy. Thats one of my ways to conserve.

I just hate having to pay to use it. Especially when I have a perfectly good washer and dryer sitting in storage, waiting for me.

Yep, the kids do help some, especially now since they are out of school.   I live way out in the country, so I have well water.  I burn up pumps pretty reguarly, but always have plenty of water....

It sucks having stuff in storage. It seems like  you never use something, and about the time you need to use it, it's in storage lol!!!

You must have a deep well too. Thank God it never runs dry. It's a pain in the butt to have to haul water.

Arrgh!  I've somehow managed to turn the ringer volume down on my BlackBerry Pearl and I can't figure out how to turn it back up.  It's almost inaudible now.

Man, that sucks!!! That sounds like something I would do. Sometimes technology is infuriating.  I hate it when I get a dropped call on the cell phone. Nothing makes me madder than that.

I had to go to the damn Cingular store to get them to help me fix it.  Seems that the speaker volume was turned down all the way.  Even if the ring tones are turned all the way up, the speaker volume overrules the ring tone settings.  I don't know how in the hell that happened since I haven't used the speaker phone today, and the only way to adjust the speaker phone volume is when the speaker phone is on.

Anyway, I'm just glad it's fixed.

Me too, I couldn't hear you when you were calling.  Oh, wait, that might have been because you weren't calling me.
Looks like I've come full circle.

Me too.  I would just like to know how I did it to begin with.
