Well it's 8:15 pm and the temp is 17* the wind is 12 mph. We had lite snow all day. No real accumulation to speak of thank goodness.

ladywrenn Alaska sounds perfect! :smitten: Although I've gotten kinda spoiled w/the good weather here. I love being outdoors and one of the wonderful things about being here is that there's very little down time from being able to play outside, but I could definitely go for some snow!

PH, I wouldn't know where to begin to clean a fish that size! :spooked:

Not nearly as large of an undertaking as it would appear to be PIYA! Just eviscerate the fish, slice off the head, (That spine can be a bit rough), then cut it into steaks.

Place into smoker as soon as possible, feast, enjoy!  :yes:

Pretty!

I right click on my picture and then crop and downsize it from there.  You have to resave it under another name or you'll lose the original picture.  I'm not sure everyone's is like that but I would imagine it is close.

I had ice on my windows this morning. :spooked: Supposedly it was in the low 30's here last night. I believe it. I didn't have my heat on and silently cursed at myself last night for not throwing on another blanket and for being too lazy to get up and get another.
