GM closing 5 plants in the US, and cutting 15% of it's salaried positions in the US and Canada. Including salaried and hourly positions GM is cutting an estimated 14,700 jobs in the US alone; a lot of them in the midwest states of Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois.

Tariffs at work folks. . .

Teargas and rubber bullets fired at migrants and their children at the boarder with Mexico. . .

  And just think the steel tariff is costing the auto makers and BILLION dollars a  year.  I wonder how much the aluminum tariff is cost Ford Motor Co for the aluminum it uses in its new trucks.   Nice job Trump and the Republican Party.  Thank you Henry Hawk.  :kissit:
