We've got corned beef and cabbage coming up.

Smells like heaven drifting in from the kitchen.

Now, THAT'S a great comfort smell, while I'm looking out at the St. Patty's annual snowfall (we always get one) and the sun sparkling off the snow.

I know, it's not what I ate last, but it is what I'm gonna eat a lot of!!!
