salisbury steak over bread with gravy, mashed potatoes with butter, and macaroni & cheese.  I'm full again for a few days. :wink:

Shrimp po boy, fries, iced tea. I took my nephews out to dinner. Should have just shared the cheeseburger with the younger one since neither one of us ate the whole meal. Next time I know.  :yes:

I'm eating a personal size pizza with pesto and chicken.  It is very yummy!

Does pesto in a jar need refridgerated once you open it?  My jar didn't say.
