I love reading through this thread!

fireguy - that salad sounds delicious w/spinach and mushrooms (two of my fav things)
Kimmi - I really like the Lean Cuisine paninis
Daisy and Sunny - I like potato chip flavored potato chips :biggrin:
damfast - I love grits! But mostly sprinkled w/a lil' cheese

I had turkey and provolone on whole wheat w/lots veggies and jalapeños.

The sandwich sounds yummy...and I couldn't agree with you more re: the chips. The choices are getting a bit extreme these days!
