Last thing I had was dinner last night - Tuna on WW w/lettuce and tomato and a couple pieces of cheese and crackers.

I haven't decided this morning, but I'm the only one up. I think I'll head out to the beach for a walk and grab something on the way.  :yes:

After my walk on the beach I stopped by a farmers market and grabbed a bunch of veggies that I chopped up and put into the best omelet. I grabbed a chicken too and I have it marinating in seasoning (all day) and Im going to bake it soon w/some more of the veggies I picked up.  :yes:
