I made a very healthy lasagna using part skim mozz, fat free ricotta, spinach, bella mushrooms, and artichokes for my cheese layer.  It was delish!
Take time to smell the roses.

Yum! I love artichokes (and everything else mentioned lol). Can you post the recipe?

A handful of Stacey's cheddar cheese chips.  Sure glad they were free 'cause I don't think I'd pay almost $4 a bag for them.   :no:
