Simmered a swiss steak w/onion and potato's all day and had broccoli cauliflower with it.

Roast beef sandwich on wheat w/cheddar, lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, pickles and a lil' horseradish sauce.

That was supper...I'm still thinking about breakfast.

An apple slice that impaled itself on a fork and sorta accidentally slipped out and over the crust of the apple pie I'm baking.

My daughter requested her "favorite breakfast" this morning. That consisted of  seasoned fried potatoes w/smoked sausuage, green peppers and onions chopped up in them, eggs over easy and grits w/cheddar cheese sprinkled on top.

Too much food and I don't do it very often 'cause it's a heart attack waiting to happen, but boy it sure did taste good with coffee.
