It's been about 3 1/2 hrs ago but I had pork roast, fried green tomatoes, cottage cheese, and, of course....diet Pepsi... :yes:

I haven't had fried green tomatoes in a really long time. I used to love them.

I can only think of the things that I would do right now with a big plate of hashbrowns cooked up with onions and green and red peppers.
