damfast I found breakfast cookies at my grocery bakery.  I think they were carrot and raisin oatmeal cookies.  It is like having junkfood but not!

that sounds good.  trying to get ready for some events, and i need to pull in the nutrients and lose the trash.  My snacks have been mainly strawberries, grapefruits and bananas.  cookies sound good.

Good morning damfast. Just sliced up a fresh tomato and ate about half of it. Grown by one of my co-workers and his wife. Very tasty.
