Looks to me like all of these commodities went up significantly in price during Bush's last 5 years in office and two out of 3 of them actually cost less at the beginning of this year than they did when Obama took office.  Sorry to let facts get in the way of your narrative.

Meat has gone up significantly but not due to any factors that the POTUS could reasonably be expected to control.  I know how you hate facts and figures so you probably missed it but we had a severe drought here in the U.S. a couple of years ago (a by-product of the global warming that you claim doesn't exist) that decimated corn crops.  Here's another shocking piece of information for you...cows, pigs and other livestock eat...you guessed it...corn!  Because of the scarcity of corn, the price for feeding livestock increased dramatically causing ranchers to send their stock to slaughter rather than feed it.  I'm sure you're not aware of it but the amount of time it takes to grow most livestock is measured in years, not weeks or months.  It's simple supply and demand...less available meat means higher prices.

In your world, I'm sure this is Obama's fault for not doing the African Muslim rain dance of his people to prevent the drought in the first place.

Please tell us when?  The drought was in 2012 which means that it would have been at least the harvest season in 2013 before corn feed supplies could be replenished.  The gestation period for cattle is 283 days.  How long do you think it takes to grow a steer?

Prices are increasing this year in case you hadn't noticed.  In the past the prices have gone up slightly the same year and the year after but stabilized in the 3rd year or gone back down.  Remember the coffee drought back in the 70's?  Probably not but I think I've been through this more times than you which is why it's harder to fool most of the older generation and why this administration is working harder on the younger people and trying to convince them we don't know what we're talking about.
