  I had a Neti pot really didn't care for it.  I got a Sinus Rinse bottles.  Which is more or less the same but easier to use.  I also like the premixed salt packets that come with it.

I just read this, but I'm actually headed out for more meds and had that on my list. I'm debating whether a lil' patron would be good for a colld :biggrin:

Anyway, the netipot is on my list, but I have a lot of chest congestion too. I can't breathe through my nose or very deep.

An old Chicago cure I used to endorse is a nice warm cup of Rock n Rye. Just buy a bottle of it at the liquor store, pour it into a pan and heat enough to warm it. (It used to come with a big slice of lemon in the bottle). It'll get yah sailing enough to go to sleep and more often than not it will make you feel better in the morning. (Save the Patron for when your taste buds come back!)  :yes:
