Saw this headline on CNN - "Hundreds of thousands flee as typhoon hits China", and this line in the story, - ". . .About 270,000 people have been evacuated, Xinhua news agency said. . .".

So how big of an area are they evacuating? A city block?  :biggrin:

I read just the other day where the first cash register was invented in China by a man named Cha Ching. He was so proud of his invention he designed the machine to say his name every time cash was tendered. Now his name is synonymous with the cash register.
What the Hell is a signature? Am I supposed to type something in this box? I guess I'll find out.
