Good solution, but they make me feel woozy. Any recommendations for otc med without ephedrine?

Most of their products don't have it that I am aware of. You can print off coupons at the above link, as well as get info. . .

Personally, it doesn't work very well for me, but I know a lot of folks it does work well for. . .

Ya might want to supplement w/ potassium pills.  I had an incident a couple of years ago and ended up in the emergency room and the ER doctor told me that the allergy meds like Clairiton, which I was taking, lowers your potassium levels.  They gave me a couple of pills and turned me loose.  I really thought I was having the big one for sure.  I was only doing 4 or 5 a week at the time but I do have year round allergies.  I just do Benadryl every once in a while now.

Thanks, PH & me. I need to suck it up & call my doctor on Monday. Everything pretty much says, "consult with physician before taking this medicine if you have..." (thyroid disease).

Have you tried a Nettie pot?  That helps bunches and keeps it from turning into a sinus infection.

Sunny I tried one with this last sinus infection.  For a while it really did work but this infection was really bad.  If you do decide to try one, do it in the shower.   :biggrin:

I will probably have to use mine again since the pollen started flying!

Had a great weekend in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg...took my 16 year old daughter there for her B-Day....we had a really fun time, but it was quick and now back to the real world.

We had a lot of fun, we hit the shops and sites for a few hours then we went to the Smokey Mountain National Park and did a little hiking and sightseeing....we ate good and rode some go-karts....even though they was pretty crowded, it was fun.

Spent a week there a couple of years ago. Did you get to any of the artist's colony shops?
