How in the heck is a guy with a vested interest in big oil and railroads going to be capable of taking the helm of a bankrupt GM and be effective? This scapegoat's claim to fame is the breakup of AT&T and it's resulting spin offs and acquisitions, that still resulted in an uncompetitive corporation that continues sinking. . .
