We've finally managed to make it into the + side.  12 and 2 wind chill.  At least it's sunny which helps.

it's 18 degrees... with a ridiculous windchill and non-stop snow.  over a foot now easy.

i am supposed to go xmas shopping this evening.
don't threaten me with a good time.

Every once in awhile life throws you a curveball and you are left standing there in confusion without ever having taken a cut at it. . . Today was my day for that to happen.

Over the last few months I have been afforded the opportunity to work for a man I have come to deeply respect and admire. His name is John Moritz, and he is a highly respected individual within my company. Based out of Virginia, John was the instructor for many of the training sessions I've been through, and a frequent companion post sessions for dinner and drinks.

A hard working and hard playing individual, John passed away suddenly this past Saturday. He was 51 years old.

He will be greatly missed by a whole lot of people besides me.  :'(
