  What ever the medical group stated she was wrong, she is wrong!  If I had a girl she would have the vaccine.  I think all young girls need it.  Just think how much pain, death and money would be save is we could keep young women from getting cancer.

Thus, the Department does not

    * develop or implement testing to measure whether states are meeting their education standards.*

These are responsibilities handled by the various states and districts as well as by public and private organizations of all kinds, not by the U.S. Department of Education.

the bottom line IS...the dept of edu should be canned or severly overhauled......it is set to spend over $70 Billion this year..............we need less gov control and more control to parents and families....enough of the federal bureaucrats snubbing its way attemptng to increase academic success, which has proven to be a failure since its formation.....schools are worse now than ever.....Washington needs take its red tape and step away from the classroom.

  Hawk wants the federal government out of education.  The government can't set standards?  He wants all of the schools on the Texas education plan, Creationism, by dropping some of the founders of the country out of the school books?  Plus teaching sexual abstinence, instead of sex education and birth control.  WOW!

  Henerey says he has plenty of education.  Does he have any education other than electronics.  Does he have Calculus, Geometry, Psychology, Any college courses in engineering, College English and many other courses offered by major colleges.  Or did you take a apprenticeship, internship, or some courses at some half ass junior college in courses that only taught course in what his field was in electronics.  I think you're full of shit on all of your education ability.  

  What the main problem with education is the lack of control of the students and poverty stricken single mothers raising children without a father and lawyers.  Lawyer looking for someone to sue.
