  How do you talk to this idiot.  Convicted felon, the ex-state REPUBLICAN SENATOR VINCIENT LIBELL from New York faces a 18 to 24 month sentenice for tax evasion and obstruction of justice.  These Republican sure don't want to pay taxes, even if they live on tax dollars. 

  In a letter to the court he graciously has offered to do his time, his 18 to 24 months in prison as a diplomat over in the Middle East.  Even tho he can't speak any of the languages there.
