Orlando, FL, just yesterday.  It almost looks like snow.

Yea, what about it.   :wait:  And we have stupid people saying we're having global warming.  :groan:

Any takers on the "Blood Rare" steak?  That's red throughout, and a very cool center.

Think I'll pass on that one. All I can imagine is a steak on a plate sitting in a pool of blood.

Quite tasty with the correct cut of meat and proper seasoning. Both absolute prerequisites for asking for your steak this way; and both rarely achieved, resulting in intestinal illnesses. Medium rare to medium are my usual choices.

I usually go with medium rare for a better cut of meat.  If I'm not sure about the meat, then I'll go medium.

No thanks, I am a medium well done person.

Thanks to everyone for the responses.  Seems we have preferences all over the spectrum from blood rare to well done.  ;D

I do think anything above medium tends to ruin a steak, but that doesn't stop a lot of people from enjoying their steaks cooked longer.
