No, No, No, people like me and my ilk don't belittle people with college degrees.  We just don't like your holy and tho attitude that just because you went to school for four more years.  It doesn't makes you any smarter than us who chose another way to go through life.     I am very happy with my past life and the way I did it has provided me with the money to enjoy my wife and son and all of my and our toys.

None of you college graduates knew what you were going to do when you got out of college.     You learned your "Career" with on the job training.  That degree got through the front door of that company you work for.  Another legal barrier set up by another college graduate to keep people out of that "Career".  It is another way to use legal discrimination in picking people to work.  Where in hell can a person be turned down for being "Over qualified " for the job.  In other words" you will quit us if you find another job or you're to old or too black."    Yes, you really know how it is.

I would like to see of of these  people who think they are so smart.  To have come into the Ford plant were I worked at for 38 years.  Tell them to get a  tool box and fill it with the tool they would need to do any job they were told to do.  Without any on the job training which took me a four years of an apprenticeship to get my skilled trades job.  Even after all of that after 38 years of on the job training they would come up with some new job that we would have to learn using our past knowledge to complete.  Then asking a young engineer what kind of parts we need, do you have the parts and how what way did the way he want it done, the young lad would say, " Don't ask me, you the one with the skilled trade."     What we don't like is your ATTITUDE plain and simple.

Another idiot joins the fray with more proof for my point.
There is some truth to what Troll said though whether you'll admit it or not.

The vocational school wouldn't have changed my going to college.

He can't do that and he would love to tell us all what he thinks of us all. I wish he would so everyone could see how he is.

Not gettin' into a pissin' match with you over this 'cause your superior attitude won't let you admit Troll, HH, and I all have valid points.  I also have better things to do today than put up with your know-it-all crap.

There, I fixed it so you could be right for ending the old year and bringing in the new.  Happy now?

Why don't you get over yourself.   We're not that all into you.  :haha:  Love to sell you for what you are really worth to the entire world and sell you for what you think you're worth.  :haha:  I could pay off the national debt and still be a Billionaire.   WOW.  :haha:  :haha:   All of this love from a Redneck.

You shouldn't confuse a low tolerance for stupidity with a superior attitude.   ;D

I worked two jobs at the same time I was getting my first degree. Nearly killed me!

A little over ten years later, I had a family when I went back to school for another one. Again, I had to work while I was in school.

I think I earned it.
