  I know one guy who has 7 rentals and wants to get out of the business.  But he now can't ever sell the house for what they are really worth.  I guess it's shit or go blind for him.  :biggrin:

Aren't you old enough to know better than to listen to rumors?  Like I've said before you don't know near as much as you think you do and a lot of it is probably due to you listening to rumors.

ANDERSON, Ind. — Northstar Aerospace will be permanently closing its Anderson plant in June, meaning 48 people will be laid off, according to a letter the company sent to Indiana Workforce Development.

The entire plant at 1819 W. 38th St. is expected to close around June 24. The first of three waves of layoffs is expected with 19 leaving around May 1, another 19 around May 27 and the remaining 10 employees on June 24, according to the company.

The laid-off employees will not have bumping rights to any other Northstar Aerospace facility, the letter stated.. . .

That's really sad. It reminds me of what happened to Saginaw and surrounding areas when GM closed their plant. Everything else started to fall apart as people left the area.
