I am starting to confirm my thoughts about the propaganda that many on the left are buying into, but yet BLAME "repugnicans"
Here it is STRAIGHT and pubicly from the companies OWNER's MOUTH!!!

(Indianapolis, Ind.) - Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels pinpoints a new southeast Indiana employer as one company that has expanded in the state because of the new right to work law.

Earlier this year the state legislature passed the divisive right to work bill, which prohibits companies from requiring employees to pay union dues or fees. Democrats and union supporters decried the new law saying it will lower wages.

Speaking with reporters Monday morning, Daniels said MBC Group came to Franklin County, in part, because of the new law.

"We've already signed new agreements with three companies. One announced and two to come soon," said Daniels. "There are 31 companies as of Friday night now in negotiation roles who have identified right to work as a major, if not the major, factor in their interest in Indiana."

The company's owner said as much statement announcing the MBC's move to Indiana on February 29.

"With its low tax environment, robust infrastructure, superb logistic support network and right-to-work status, Indiana was a no-brainer location for us," MBC Group president Eric Holloway said in the statement.

MBC – with its headquarters already based in Indianapolis – announced last month it plans to create up to 101 new jobs at the former J&J Packaging plant in Brookville by 2014.

"I probably underestimated how important an addition to our already excellent business climate (right to work) was going to be," Daniels said.

RIGHT to WORK was a GREAT MOVE and My Man Mitch deserves many props!!!!

FAIL! You need to do your research. . . this is from yesterday from the OWNERS MOUTH!

The lone company being held out as an example of how Indiana's "right to work" law is bringing more business to the state says the new labor law had nothing to do with its decision to expand its Indiana operations.

MBC Group President Eric Holloway said Thursday that he always planned to expand his Brookville operations and that a state news release issued two weeks ago mistakenly quoted him as saying "right to work" legislation factored into his decision.

"We are not a union shop. The effect that this was going to have was not going to affect our decision one way or another," said Holloway, whose company estimates that its planned $4.1 million expansion will create up to 101 new jobs.

Hey SCAB, you're not telling what these good jobs pays or what benefits these people get.  Here you sit on your fat ass working for a scab company, but who's workers are union.  You haven't had a pay raise in at least 3 years and you want to destroy unions.  How much more SCABBY can you get.

Have you ever thought how low of an individual you are.  Really it none of your business keeping people from having a union, just like it's none of your business to want to pass laws to keep women from having an abortion or having birth control.  The next thing is you will want to take their voting rights away.

I really don't know what planet you are from or what fucked up your brain.  Every day I come on here and see some of the thing you say and I really can't believe it came from some intelligent person.  But all you have to look at the Republican controlled state we live in to see how bad things are getting and you can bet your sweet ass that under Republican control it's going to get worse.  Just wait until you assholes vote in Pense.   :spot: :toilet:  :puke: :trustme:

Without a doubt, he DID say the following;

"With its low tax environment, robust infrastructure, superb logistic support network and right-to-work status, Indiana was a no-brainer location for us,"

That is not a dispute.....the fact it WAS  said by this guy....now he can say he didn't mean it for all sorts of reasons...but he DID say it.

No one said he didn't say it or didn't mean it; what he said was that it had no influence on their decision to locate their operation here.  For the cheap seats, that means that they would have located here regardless of whether or not RTW passed and Daniels' claim that they did so because of RTW is false.

but he SAID IT WAS a factor in that DIRECT quote from HIM......HE DID SAY THAT.   Now, he is changing his story, but he DID say it and is QUOTED on it.....so, he may be trying to do some damage control now...but he said what he said. and that was this...

"With its low tax environment, robust infrastructure, superb logistic support network and right-to-work status, Indiana was a no-brainer location for us,"

Admitting that RIGHT to WORK WAS (among a few other reasons) a factor......Mitch WAS very correct, no manner HOW you slice it....

and MORE companies are coming because of Right to Work.....

I know it bothers some of you....but it IS a fact...right to work WILL bring MORE jobs to Indiana....and MORE people will have decent jobs.

Troll, why is that a bad thing..... a decent job is better than NO JOB.

What the guy essentially said was, yeah, it's nice but we were already planning on locating here anyway.

Perhaps he should have stated it that way then.....because those in favor of RTW are utilizing it as that way, and justifiably so.

Drill baby, drill;Spill baby, spill!

A federal court in Brazil has issued an order barring 17 executives from U.S. oil giant Chevron and Transocean Ltd. from leaving the country while it mulls criminal charges against them for an oil spill last year.
Among the 17 who were ordered Saturday by a federal judge in Rio de Janeiro to give up their passports is an American: George Buck, the chief operating officer of Chevron's Brazil division.
Kurt Glaubitz, a Chevron spokeman, said the company has not received a formal notification of the order.
"Any legal decision will be abided by the company and its employees," he said. "We will defend the company and its employees."
The oil spill occurred in deep water off the coast of Rio de Janeiro in November.
The next month, Brazilian federal prosecutors filed a suit against Chevron and oil rig operator Transocean for 20 billion reais, about $11 billion.
. . .

. . .

And it appears Brazil has an ongoing, although smaller version of the Deepwater Horizon environmental disaster itself. And one of the players is the same!

They learn nothing from each one of these deepwater spill events, and now they're imposing it upon other countries!

Now the movement to worship the almighty corporation is getting even worse. An increasing movement amongst employers is to require applicants to provide their Facebook, twitter, and other social media log on information and passwords. . . And I am not talking about positions in law enforcement or economically sensitive sectors of business either. . .

I think they're gonna have a problem with the privacy act on that one.  The schools, in some cases, are making the kids give up log in info too and that's just wrong.
