  He want to do away with capital gains taxes.  So the billionaire who made 10 billion dollars and only payed capital gains taxes till now pay none.

  Got a question, 150,000 manufacturing plants left the United States since the year of 2000.  Just think 158,000 plants left the country to China, Mexico, Canada and many foreign countries.  This is because of the free trade treaties of NAFTA, WTO and many other third world states.
