I was waiting to see how Mike Pense screw the Indiana people.  Some of it is coming out.  He want to cut payroll tax 10%.  For me in what I pay in state income tax that's chicken feed.  But, now a millionaire that a new car, gas for his helicopter, his jet.  Another swimming pool or a big chunk in his bank account.

But Indiana is broke and need some money to get it back on track and it won't create one new job.  :puke:

Then Mikey baby want to have retort change.  Who ever sues someone and they loose, that person has to pay all of the defense expenses.  Suing a doctor, a drunk driver, a lawyer or anyone who has harmed you you will pay if you loose.     Any time you go before a jury it's a crap shoot.  You may have a good case and loose on an technicality and if you were suing a hospital and their doctors.  And they had 10 expensive lawyers if you loose on a technicality it cost you over a million dollars.  :puke:

Looks like old Governor Pense is out to save the corporations and all big businesses.   I knew he would be bad and you haven't seen the last of plucking the middle class chickens.  :trustme:    :zoners:

Hi Troll,

First of all it is Pence.

Secondly, at the end of the 2012 fiscal year, Indiana had $2.155 billion in reserves....
Also,

  • Indiana has maintained its first Triple-A credit rating since being awarded in 2008
  • Indiana's expenditures have grown at less than one-quarter of the rate of the previous decade
  • Indiana has the fewest state employees per capita in the country
  • Indiana has the third lowest debt per capita for state governments (State Budget Solutions, August 2012)
  • Indiana has the second lowest debt per private sector worker (State Budget Solutions)
  • Indiana has the third lowest debt as a percentage of gross domestic product (State Budget Solutions)

Once those reserves are used up and the toll road deal extends far into the future, we can have this conversation again.  As I have said in the past, Republicans are huge fans of doing what is politically expedient in the moment with absolute disregard for how those decisions affect the state, or country, years down the road when they are no longer in office.  Their constituents are, likewise, short term thinkers.
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.

Am I thinking wrong?  I think that states like people need a little money in the bank.

When George W. took over America had a little money in the bank, so George W. gave the riches people a big tax break which broke theAmerican bank.

Now Henry says that Indiana has money in the bank, money we got from selling the Indiana Toll Road and the Indiana Lottery and many other things for a quick bucks $$$$.  So what does Mikie Pence want to do?  Why he wants to give a tax break to the big money people of 10%.  10% is peanuts to the poor and middle class, but oh what a boon to the rich.  Right Mikie.

Good people could I be wrong?

Just watched 60 Minutes about the automation of all jobs in America.  It tells a sad story for the working middle class.  This automation is one of the reason that this depression we are having is due to automation of all jobs.

The super rich and the large corporations are pushing automation to its fullest to cut out hiring men and women to do the jobs and make more money for themselves.

   Good old predatory Capitalism.

Republicans Accuse Obama of Using Position as President to Lead Country

Since Republicans have no honor, no common sense, no morals.  After all of the lies they have said about Obama, they have no credibility.

They're just digging their grave deeper.  :dig:

Oh. My. Gosh.

A President actually, I mean ACTUALLY LEADING the country he was elected to lead?????????

What will happen next?

Imagine that. He's doing what he was elected to do.

Ignorance and fanaticism are ravenous. They require constant feeding.

By chance have any of you watched the circle jerk in the House of Representives.  The attempted grilling of Hillary Clinton.  These moroooons couldn't grill a grilled cheese sandwitch in a cast iron skillet on a gas stove.

It is so funny to watch the Republican step on their dicks.  They actually thought they were smarter than Hillary.  :haha:  What morooons, stepping on their dicks on national television.   Old RC (Rotten Crotch) couldn't have done a better job.  :haha:

Now you want to see something that really sucks, and is dishonest, look at this shit.  If your policies can't win in the marketplace of ideas, change the rules of the game.

Republicans in Virginia and a handful of other battleground states are pushing for far-reaching changes to the electoral college in an attempt to counter recent success by Democrats.

In the vast majority of states, the presidential candidate who wins receives all of that state's electoral votes. The proposed changes would instead apportion electoral votes by congressional district, a setup far more favorable to Republicans. Under such a system in Virginia, for instance, President Obama would have claimed four of the state's 13 electoral votes in the 2012 election, rather than all of them.

Romney didn't carry the state of Virginia, but under this system, he would have lost the state, yet received roughly 3/4 of the state's electoral votes anyway.

When are we going to say enough is enough of this kind of bullshit?
