  So you're white male that is over 50 years of age and you have been trained as an engineer and have been making over $80,000 a year and you lost your job because you job went overseas.

   You walk into a small business and they have a opening.  Their paying minimum wage, you tell them what your qualifications are and you want that job.  Are they going to hire you, knowing that the first chance you get, your going to quit and get a good paying job.  The first thing the're going to tell you is, that you're over qualified.  Old Rand, he's the man in demand.
