Just how smart was George W. Bush ( who you voted for twice) He couldn't have got into Yale if it wasn't for his daddy giving Yale a whole lot of money.  :haha: Big  :gorgeous:
And you know that for a fact? Where's the proof?

Guess that means all those liberals who were saying how he didn't make good grades and talking about how dumb he is compared to Obama were lying since Bush's grades weren't released.

Obama's records aren't sealed.  Sealed is a court order requiring a court's permission to release documents or information that would otherwise be public.  Educational records - of presidents, you, me, your children, etc. - aren't records that would be public in any way, shape, or form.  As a matter of fact, it would be violation of federal law for a school to release anyone's records without permission.

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

Obama hasn't released his educational records, but neither have other presidents.  George W. Bush flat out refused to release his, but I don't recall you squawking and posting memes about that.

First of all we all know that Detroit has been around longer than 20 years.  Plus we all know that honorary doctorates are given to people who will speak at colleges for free.         :gorgeous:

You first. Where's your proof?  :roll eyes:

By the way, in case you have not noticed the sitting president is nearing the end of his 2nd term. He cannot run for POTUS anymore.

You just cannot get over the consecutive losses can you?

I mentioned in the post I made I knew Obama couldn't run again. I was simply making note of the fact that conservatives have someone running who is not as stupid as libs are making out conservative candidates out to be. The more I hear Carson talk the better I like him.

Which means one of two things, Obama has either never spoken to colleges or he's never done it free.

He was a professor/ senior-lecturer at the University of Chicago for crying out loud!

"UC Law School statement: The Law School has received many media requests about Barack Obama, especially about his status as "Senior Lecturer." From 1992 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. He was a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004, during which time he taught three courses per year. Senior Lecturers are considered to be members of the Law School faculty and are regarded as professors, although not full-time or tenure-track. The title of Senior Lecturer is distinct from the title of Lecturer, which signifies adjunct status. Like Obama, each of the Law School's Senior Lecturers have high-demand careers in politics or public service, which prevent full-time teaching. Several times during his 12 years as a professor in the Law School, Obama was invited to join the faculty in a full-time tenure-track position, but he declined."

If he was as knowledgeable about the constitution as he would like to lead people to believe seems to me he would be, or would have been, speaking about it at various colleges.

He taught courses on Constitutional Law in his decade + at the University of Chicago.

How long have you taught Constitutional Law?

You don't teach law without having the credentials to go along with it. I may not agree with some of his policies but he does have the degree to back up his teaching that.

I guess I'll have to spell it out for you 'cause none of you seem to grasp the fact that if no one's transcripts were released we are only taking someone's word for the grades any of them made and there are more important things that we should be concerned about. How much are they willing to listen to the opinions of others and ask for other's opinions when they aren't sure? How well do they take criticism? Do they really have a plan or do they just critize what someone else did when asked how they will handle certain things. At the moment from what I've seen Carson is the only one who isn't busy running the other candidates into the ground Everyone is busy trying to dig up dirt on the other candidates and I'm sick of hearing it myself. Who gives a shit if their wife did risque poses for a magazine years ago or if got a speeding or parking ticket at one time, drank to excess, or, obviously, if they did drugs since ya'll don't think anything about Obama having done lots of drugs when he was younger.

We do know that George W. Bush was a drunk, :shots: did Cocain   :dizzy2: and knocked up a young girl.  Which Daddy and Mommy paid off the girl.  Pretty sneaky I would say.  :sneaky:   :gorgeous:

And Obama drank, did drugs, and smokes and ya'll think nothing of that so what's the difference? I know, you're afraid you'll get called a racist if you say anything against Obama so you just have to go along with it. Of course anyone who is black and happens to be a conservative is an Uncle Tom so it's open season on them but doesn't make you a racist if you bad mouth them or disagree with them.

I realize this is probably not true, as in MSNBC didn't come out with it, but it's this type of thing I'm sick of and which means nothing in the grand scheme of things as far as considering whether said person is fit to be POTUS.

You don't seem to grasp that they won't release his college records without his permission. Are you that dense? I have a college degree but unless I give permission no one can see my degree or grades. It is the law. By the way, most people who are in the public eye don't make claims that they have a degree and then don't. That is too easy to check.

Isn't the point that neither one gave their permission to release their records for whatever reason? Good marks or bad they are hidden for a reason. I wonder if anyone would be so happy if President Obam's records had been "leaked"? I do think there is a difference in the way the media treats the families of the two political parties. They went after Mrs. Carson (she's fat, ugly clothes, etc.) and they were terrible to Mrs. Palin's children.

Ya'll are paying no attention what-so-ever to what I'm saying are you? You just want to argue about something that means nothing.
