That WILL be a hard act for Obama to follow........even though I thought he was full of lies, Bubby can give a speech.

Tell me one lie, Mr. Hawk.  How in hell can you tell what a lie is when you believe everything Mitt and Lying Ryan say.   Is that how you keep your job.  Lie everyday and kiss the boss's ass. :kissit:

Actually, it wasn't...

FactCheck.org says Clinton's "stem-winding nomination speech was a fact-checker's nightmare: lots of effort required to run down his many statistics and factual claims, producing little for us to write about."

I was going to ask him to point out exactly what lies Clinton told, but I've been busy today.  ;D

How about Clinton saying how good our economy is, when ignoring:
a $16 trillion-dollar debt
740k women driven from the workforce
more Americans than ever on government assistance
shrinking workforce
- devaluing the dollar

Did he really claim the economy is "good?"

"Now, are we where we want to be today? No. Is the president satisfied? Of course not. But are we better off than we were when he took office? When President Barack Obama took office, the economy was in free-fall. It had just shrunk 9 full percent of GDP. We were losing 750,000 jobs a month. Are we doing better than that today? The answer is yes."

This is a prime example of why I make the comments that people are dangerous to the country.  Rather than listening, researching, and confirming what the facts really are, they make up their minds beforehand, and then vote accordingly.  That kind of crap is dangerous to the long term survival of our republic.

And furthermore, to claim someone said something that they clearly didn't.

Okay, I retract that statement, He did not say the economy was good, but he DID say we are better off than we were four years ago, while disregrading those issues I stated:
a $16 trillion-dollar debt
740k women driven from the workforce
more Americans than ever on government assistance
shrinking workforce
devaluing the dollar
How anyone can not address these as REAL issues and as serious concerns to our economy and its corelation to being better off than we were four years ago is mind boggling...

I did listen, I did research and I support it with links.....

Where would we be now if Obama had not rescued the economy from where it was when he took office? I suspect those numbers you posted would be far worse.

I'm not convinced he DID rescue our economy.  I know you can "suspect"...and we can say "what if" all we want.  Had he not spent nealry a trillion dollars on a stimulus, would we be better off?  Had he not bailed out GM, would GM have collapese or would they have went through CH 13 and restructured? Maybe they would have been stronger.

Obama spent $49.5 billion from taxpayers, and has returned about $24 billion of that through loan repayments and the sale of stock during its successful initial public offering in November 2010.

But since the IPO the stock has plunged 35%, meaning that taxpayers' GM stake has taken about a $5.8 billion hit.

There are a number of things we could go on and on about...

But Obama promised, I say PROMISED he would cut our deficit in half at the end of his four years.....instead it grew by $5 trillion.
He administration claimed IF we passed the stimulus bill, unemployement would not climb above 8%.....we passed it and it DID go above 8%...it went to 10% before coming back down very slowly.

You realize that you're arguing with someone who defended everything Paul Ryan said last week as true; right?

It must really gripe their asses that Clinton pointed out that while Republicans have held the office of President for 5 more years than Democrats since 1961, the former only created 24 million jobs during their tenure while the latter created 42 million during theirs.  If conservative policy favors job creation, why were the liberals able to create 75% more jobs in less time?  And for the record, research supports these figures.

Yeah, sure you do, Henry.

Henry is beyond help, where he comes up with his Bat Shit Crazy Shit I'll never know.  He is just one of the many liars that the Republican Party has become.     If the Republican Party told the truth of what they have truly in their mind of that they want to do to this country.  There is no way in hell they would ever be elected.  :trustme:  Henry would vote for the Antichrist if he was running on the Republican Party ticket.  It is a damn shame that someone is so blind.

Just as Mitt and Lying Ryan have said, trust us and we will tell what we are going to do after the election.  They are secret about what they are going to do and the plans to screw the American people as Mitt is with his tax records.   Oh yes, just trust them because they love you and especially the women.  :haha:

government shouldn't be in the business of creating jobs and you aren't stopping to consider that the unemployment rate during those years when they are saying no jobs were being created the unemployment rate was very low.  Obama put himself in this position by saying he would create jobs and he needs to deal with it.
I'm tired of hearing what someone else did when they were in office and how things were then I want to hear a plan and so far he has come up with zero, zilch, nada, in the way of a plan other than to say he has one.  You know, "if I can get some cooperation from the Republicans with my plan,"  "I need more time to make my plan work."  Quit saying that and say what the "plan" is for petes sake.

Really?  So what's Romney's plan except to enlarge the give-aways to the rich that produce nothing?  You people are fools and shouldn't be allowed to vote.

All of it.

Lets see, so the doctors you tried to get in to see were limiting Medicare/ade  patients to 10 %. Can you guess why that is?

I don't suppose all the saber rattling going on from the conservative congressional members threatening to slash, do away with them would have anything to do with it now would it?

The is no shortage of doctors. Just a shortage of doctors with any faith in our governments good faith; thanks in no small part to the conservative extremists.

Yes, of course I found a doctor, and I think a good one. Doctors are limiting their Medicare patient load. The more people on Medicare the harder it will be to find a doctor that takes Medicare patients. I would hazard a guess that one of the reasons they are ding so is because of the small amount they are reimbursed for their services, or maybe they just don't want to deal with older people. If there are no shortage of doctors in some fields why does it take three months to get an appointment? Framily practice doctors are hard to find, a majority of doctors now go into a speciality field.
