Once again, you assume that with no education or real business experience, you somehow have keen insight into things that you really know absolutely nothing about.  I know they're big words but you need to learn the difference between hypothesis and projections.
Health care has not been implemented in full yet so any figures are hypothetical because they have not yet become fact.  Now the UK has fact to work with and it isn't a pretty picture in case you haven't been watching the news.  And don't forget to include Greece who also has facts to work with.

Business uses projections based on past performance all of the time and they are typically amazingly accurate.  Completely different from a hypothesis which implies insufficient evidence to provide more than a tentative estimate.

Comparing either of these to our current health care initiative underscores your ignorance of either.

They cannot use a projection in that way on health care because there are no past figures to reference as in business projections which rely on past figures to come to a conclusion.  There is are no conclusive past figures to base any projections on for health care therefore anything they base them on are purely hypothetical, non existent, theoretical figures.

Please STFU.  You know absolutely nothing about business or projections or any of the rest of the stuff you're spouting off about so quit pretending like you do.

Ok, then where would they get actual past figures on the fully implemented health care plan if it hasn't been fully implemented yet?  If the cost is so great on medicare and medicaid is so much they wouldn't want to use those because they would be starting out with a negative already.  Now of course they can use a projected figure on how much they would drag in from raising taxes on businesses which may not exist any longer by the time it is implemented or raising taxes on people who may not have a job by then so that makes it hypothetical, and theoretical too since it can't be actual because the taxes taken in will vary from year to year and the economy isn't looking too good right now.  One or both of the figures they are using are projections based on figures that are not known which makes them hypothetical.  The known figures are showing that taxes need to be raised on businesses remember.  What makes the projected figures hypothetical is the fact that those businesses may not be there if that happens...oopsie....slight miscalculation on their part that money won't be there.  But dang they used actual factual figures....

Oh and btw, in case you hadn't heard the Republicans won in the recall race in Wi.  Guess the lamestream media chose not to do much coverage on it.

Laugh  now.   I think your going to see some big changes in Wisconsin when they remove Scott Walker from office, they will have to whole state to get him.

What you laughing at is totally stupid as usual.  The Senators they were trying to remove were from six of the strongest Republican areas in the state.  One area hadn't elected one Democrat in 101 years.  The Democrats got two of the three they needed.

But I think old Scott has awaken the 1000 pound gorilla in the state.  The union workers and the middle class and they are going to kick Republican ass.  Hang on Honey Poo.  This is going to be fun.  :bliss:  :bliss:

Okay, I know I just said I was going to shy away from politics, but I just read something very interesting and it is a Bill BY DEMOCRATS that I am kind of excited about...it is by Senators Warner and Webb (democrats) from Virginia and they are introducing a plan that would force the federal government to allow offshore drilling along the coast of Virginia.  They claim this not only will add 15,000 jobs, but add over $3 billion to the economy.

They are claiming for certain there is more than $750 million barrels of oil and potentially with new drilling technology could be more than billions of oil.

This plan would create a 50-50 revenue sharing plan with half going to Virginia to develop land and water conservation strategies, for public transportation projects and alternative energy development projects...BUT according to these guys the Obama administration will not even entertain the idea and has capped it until at least 2017...In my opinion the house republicans needs to jump on board with this idea, with democrats and independents and run with this.

THIS is an opportunity as I see it, for Obama to do something he claims he was going to do and be BI-PARITIAN!...This would change the direction of his failing popularity numbers, and more importantly it would do wonders for the economy!

THAT is what Americans want...dems and repubs...The gas prices would instantly begin to drop.  It will create jobs which would increase federal AND State revenues WITHOUT raising TAXES...THIS would be a wonderful first step toward breaking the gridlock between the two parties and jump start Washington...Troll, what do you think about this?

Unless and until we have regulations in place that prevent the oil companies from shipping oil pumped here to other countries, no further drilling should be allowed.

I'm good with that too..another reason why I think this is a good place to start this "bipartisan" business....

You should watch the movie Gashole.  It provides an enlightening look at the oil industry and the politics involved.

It is a proven fact, there is no "bipartisanship" with the Teabagger/Republican Party.  Just look at the record for the last two years.
