Oh, I get it now.

She resigned to save her constituency agony and herself personal and professional embarrassment.

Kinda like Nixon, eh?

you go with that one.... ;)

If she couldn't handle the pressure in the governor's office, what makes anyone think she could handle the pressure of the White House? The stakes go up there and so does the temperature.

On a postive note, at least the right wing nuts didn't pick Coulter :spooked:

because of all the smear campaigns that was launched against her by the left after her VP nomination, she had so many lawsuits filed against her, that she was spending more time dealing with those than doing the work for the people of Alaska, and she was having a large sum of cash that was massing against her personal debt, because of the lefts fiasco....she did what was best for her AND the people of Alaska.

So, EASIER to quit and not face jail time, not from the lawsuits, but the ethics violations she perpetrated.  Yea, you go with that one.  And, if the suits were frivolous, then why not stay and fight?  Oh yeah, cause it is EASIER to quit.  She didn't do a godamned thing for alaska, except her quitting was the best thing that could happen to them, anyway.  She is a joke.

The frivolous suits have now stopped and it is no longer costing the state of Alaska or her to defend them.

If handling the pressure was the problem then why did she jump right back into the fire?

Whew. The best you can say is that it's no longer costing the State of Alaska tons of money to defend her from lawsuits she incurred as a result of her being Governor.

Yet, this is the qualification that HH cites as a reason she should run for POTUS.

WTH?

Exactly!

What fire? I'm talking about her lack of responsibility to the commitment that she made. Swore to. As for the "media" fire. I never said that she isn't an attention whore.

Without any doubt; a media whore.  She craves the attention, from her days as a Miss USA wanabe to now.

we have not picked ANYONE  as far as I know...she has never even mentioned that she is running for POTUS....and I have never (seriously) said that I wanted her for POTUS...I DID say I would rather have her than Obama, and I STILL stand behind that one.....1000%.....

Of course you do...you also say things like "they was" which I expect is common of those of you with similar sentiments.

Ya know Ex I hate to stoop to your level but when I read some of your posts lately the term functional idiot comes to mind and I think it fits you more and more.

So I take it you don't like me?  Now ask me if I give a fat rat's ass what someone like you thinks?

Functional Idiocy? Isn't that an oxymoron?

Not really if you think about it.  There are some who are functional and some who are not and Ex is functional to some extent.

Didn't say I didn't like you just made an observation is all.  There is one thing we can agree on though...Neither of us gives a rats ass what the other thinks about them 'cause it really doesn't matter does it.

Most idiots I am aware of cannot meet the minimal definition of functionality. Must be some hybrid definition of functionality created by an idiot, to which you refer.

Ex is far from an idiot. . . (One needs only to consider the source to comprehend this).
