Henry, the fact is that Christianity has NEVER been practiced by the majority of mankind. So your statement  is either completely naive or completely a lie.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.....the God of Abraham....God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.....God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground.

FAIR ENOUGH..I should have stated the Pentateuch or the Tora, which is the first 5 books of the Bible...which was Isreals first inspired body of Scripture....the exact date of creation is unknown...it is estimated to be thousands not millions of years old.

Genisis 11...spans over 300 years to the death of Joesph which is believe to be 1804 bc...then another 300 years or so to the birth of Moses which is around 1525bc....

Scientific knowledge, I'm not sure, but some pretty smart cookies has done years of study and research to arrive with some numbers that are Biblical and Historical based....
