As we say in the skydiving world, gravity...it's not just a good idea; it's the law.

That notwithstanding, much of the effects of gravity and aging can be considerably slowed with a healthy lifestyle.  I, of course, have chosen instead to try to preserve my body in alcohol.   :biggrin:
