Here's some info.  One of the two missing is indeed DEAD.  I'll bet the captain is DEAD too.

Rescue teams continued the search Tuesday for the missing captain of the HMS Bounty as friends mourned the death of Claudene Christian, the former Hermosa Beach resident who died when the ship sank.
"It's tragic, she was only 42," said Joe Middler of Manhattan Beach. "Too young to die."

They should have never attempted that trip.  It's not like Sandy sneaked up on them.  It was on the map for days before.  Yes, one or more people definitely screwed up.

  With all of the water that Sandy forced upon the land and it is now returning to the sea.  His body will be washed out to sea with all of the wreckage from the storm.   :yes:
